Nicole graduated top of her class from Whitworth University with a degree in Organizational Management in 2022. She joined our team in September 2024. With a strong background in orthodontics since 1993, Nicole brings decades of experience and leadership to the practice. She enjoys working in orthodontics because of the emotional impact it has on patients — changing smiles, building confidence and forming lasting relationships. Nicole shares in the practice’s vision of providing patient-centered, family-focused care. She works to ensure every patient feels heard, valued and supported at every step of their journey.

Nicole is married with two grown children, one grandbaby and several animals the family loves to spoil. In her free time, she enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with her loved ones.

Jena attended dental school at Northwest School of Dental Arts, graduating in 2008. She joined our team in May 2024. She enjoys working in an orthodontic practice because it allows her to be part of a team that improves patients’ confidence and oral health. As a treatment coordinator, Jena helps patients understand their treatment plans and guides them through the process with clear communication and care. She finds it rewarding to build relationships and see the positive impact of her work each day.

Jena has two children, one son and one daughter. Outside the office, Jena loves paddleboarding, golfing, bingo, country music concerts and traveling to Maui and Mexico.

Jess joined our team in August 2024 and brings with her a joyful spirit and a deep sense of care for both patients and team members. While her professional training is outside the dental field, her skills in communication, organization and leadership make her an essential part of the practice. She is passionate about maintaining a positive office culture and loves being part of a team that genuinely cares for families and patient wellbeing.

Jess contributes to the success of the practice by keeping family needs in mind while scheduling and balancing the priorities of both patients and staff. She takes pride in providing focused attention and care to each appointment, helping every patient feel heard and valued.

Jess lives in Spokane with her partner and their super cool teenage kids. Outside the office, Jess is a lifelong dancer who has taught and performed for over 25 years. She specializes in multiple styles of dance and continues to teach and mentor students. She also enjoys reading, cooking, traveling and spending time in the great outdoors.

Brandi completed her orthodontic assistant training at Apollo College and has also taken a course in sleep apnea care. She has been in the field since 2006 and joined our team in May 2023. She loves being part of a practice that helps change patients’ lives by giving them perfect smiles. In her role, Brandi helps make even the most nervous patients feel calm and supported. She is known for creating a fun, welcoming experience while always putting patient care first.

Brandi has two kids and two grandbabies she adores. Outside of work, she enjoys playing softball, mountain biking and snowboarding. Brandi absolutely loves her job and says she could not imagine working anywhere else.

Haley joined our team in October 2022 and brings a passion for patient care to everything she does. She loves being directly involved in transforming smiles and boosting patients’ confidence. As an assistant, Haley supports the doctor by anticipating needs and managing chairside duties. She believes teamwork leads to better care and always strives to create a positive, encouraging experience for each patient.

Haley is married with three kids and three dogs. When not in the office she enjoys raising chickens, camping, playing softball and golfing with her family.

Kim attended the Dental Assisting Program at AA, graduating in 1988. She joined our team in July 2024. She is passionate about patient care and takes pride in creating a calm, reassuring environment. Kim loves being part of each patient’s journey towards a healthy, beautiful smile.

Kim has two grown children and two beautiful grandsons. Outside the office, she enjoys the outdoors and going on road trips, especially to the coast. Her mini-Aussie loves the beach!

Yvette received her dental assistant training in 2008 and joined our team in 2021. She enjoys being part of a supportive team that transforms smiles and promotes confidence. She is passionate about delivering excellence and creating a positive office environment. In her role, Yvette listens actively to patients, explains treatments clearly and addresses concerns to ensure patient satisfaction. She values empathy and takes pride in helping others feel comfortable and informed.

Outside the office, Yvette enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also loves kayaking, exploring nature and spending summer days with her Boston Terrier, Suzy.
